David is active with such charitable organizations as the Boca Raton Boys & Girls Clubs where he serves on the Board of Directors.  He also is active within his church and coaches Football, Baseball, Basketball & Soccer with his children.  David enjoys mountain biking, weightlifting, skiing and just about any sporting activity.

David started his real estate career in Atlanta Georgia in 1990.  With over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, David has represented large users of office space in a wide array of transactions.  David represents local, regional and national clients and provides them with advisory and transactional services.  His expertise is developing business, creating custom strategic real estate plans and guiding his clients through the corporate office leasing process.

Prior to Atlanta Office Realty, Inc, David was the Corporate Managing Director and founding partner in the Julien J. Studley Florida office. He was ranked nationally among the firms Top Producers, and worked on many high profile assignments including transactions all over the state for Career Education Corporation.

David is recognized as an expert in the tenant representation industry.  In 2004, he was honored with the coveted NAIOP Deal of the Year Award.  He also is recognized for authoring various articles in commercial real estate and trade publications.
